41 Roberts Road, Chullora – Quasar Constructions
Developer Goodman Property is constructing a warehouse project at 41 Roberts Road in Greenacre. Group GSA Architects designed the plans for the 47,689sq m site, also listed on council documents as the Chullora Distribution Centre.
It will have a total gross floor area of 26,073sq m with a total warehouse area of 23, 409 square metres. Each of the four buildings planned for the site will have ground floor and mezzanine level office space within 14 warehouse space tenancies. Office space will total 1038sq m on the ground floor and 1477sq m on the mezzanine level.
