111 Phillip Street Parramatta Lobby Refurbishment – Lipman
Lipman was awarded the contract for the lobby refurbishment of 111 Phillip St, Parramatta, for clients Windle Pty Ltd and McCullum Ashby Architects.
The 22-week programme consisted of the refurbishment of:
- The Ground Floor and Mezzanine Lobby;
- External façade works, and;
- New amenities.
